At Fakuma 2026, in Hall A3, Stand A3-3309, BARLOG Plastics will be presenting innovative solutions for sustainable plastics applications, metal substitution and accelerated product development. The focus will be on new material developments, engineering expertise and flexible manufacturing solutions, from concept through to series production.

A key focus is the expansion of the KEBALLOY ECO portfolio with high-performance compounds based on high-quality post-consumer recycled materials. The range is complemented by PFAS-free tribological materials and the BARLOG ECO Services. With ECO-Selection, ECO-Design, ECO-Calculator and ECO-Simulation, BARLOG Plastics supports its customers in optimising material selection, component design and CO₂ assessment right from the early stages of development.

In addition, the company is showcasing its expanded capabilities in the field of rapid tooling, as well as in pre-series and small-batch production. The range of services includes injection moulding, two-component (2K) applications, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) processing and plastic-metal hybrids. Customers benefit from short development times, production-ready prototypes and rapid validation of development decisions.

Another focus is on replacing metal with highly reinforced engineering plastics. Modern compounds enable lighter, corrosion-resistant and cost-effective components with additional functions such as electromagnetic shielding, magnetic properties or high material densities. This allows assemblies to be simplified and costs to be reduced.

In the field of high-performance materials, BARLOG Plastics is also introducing the new KEBAPEAK 9000 product range based on PEKK. These compounds can be used at temperatures of up to 385 °C and offer high load-bearing capacity and reduced wear under demanding operating conditions.
